Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy **Booking Policy** 1. **Reservation Confirmation**: All bookings must be confirmed via email or through our online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent to the client once the booking is successfully completed. 2.**Payment**: Full payment is due at the booking before the scheduled service date. Payment can be made via debit card, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer. **Cancellation Policy** 1. **Cancellation by Client**: - Cancellations made no more than 14 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund. 2. **Cancellation by Company**: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. 3. **No-Show Policy**: If the client fails to appear for the scheduled service without prior notification, the full service fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued. **Rescheduling Policy** 1. **Rescheduling by Client**: Clients may reschedule their booking up to 2 days before the service date without penalty, subject to availability. 2. **Rescheduling by Company**: If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates. **Contact Information** For any questions or to make changes to your booking, please contact us. --- **Note**: Replace placeholders [X], [Y], and [Z] with specific numbers or percentages that suit your business model.
