Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy **Booking Policy** 1. **Reservation Confirmation**: All bookings must be confirmed via email or through our online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent to the client once the booking is successfully completed. 2.**Payment**: Full payment is due at the booking before the scheduled service date.
